- JSJohn SmithFeb 17, 20251.0Horrible experience with them. First I was told they accepted my insurance. Then I was told I would have to pay out of pocket. I was told the cost of the initial appointment and was waiting for a call back on the the cost of the procedure. Two weeks or so go by and they called back and told me a new more expensive for the initial appointment and still didn't tell me the cost of the procedure. I called again, and was told I would receive a call back with the cost of the procedure. I had to cancel my appointment because I still wasn't told a price for the procedure and was told to call billing. Then I called billing and was told they accepted my insurance... Then I called to reschedule my appointment and was told billing was wrong.... I would give less than a star if possible.
