    What an incredible workout! I love how Pure Barre meets you where you are at. When I began I was in one place physically and now several years later I am so much stronger and balanced but am still challenged every class. Having the format be similar each class has an almost meditative quality which has had great mental benefits for me while also having it not quite the same (different types of classes and ever changing routines) keeps it interesting and helps it be a thorough full body workout. Also Pure Barre Youngstown staff are always so welcoming and encouraging. It makes me feel good to be part of such a kind and supportive community, cheering each other on.

    The teacher was incredibly kind and welcoming. She tried her best to learn names, which made me feel valued and appreciated. The workout was not crazy difficult, but it was super effective. It was just a great experience!

    I was really nervous to begin pure barre, but am so happy that I did! Each class is challenging, but a good challenging. I feel myself getting stronger with each class and am happy to have joined and to be a member of pure barre!
