She was great with making sure I understood everything about the process and that I was comfortable. I’ve been here about 5 times so far, and all of my phlebotomists have been great! They kept an eye on me and made sure I was doing okay throughout my donations. They first time did take me over 3 hours because of the physical and getting all my information, but since then, I’m usually out in less than 2 hours.
