  This pharmacy is woefully understaffed. Most of the time there are only 2 frazzled employees working which isn’t fair to them. There is a valid reason Kroger pharmacy is rated a 2.4 and the lowest in Xenia. It show the lack of respect Kroger has for the community. Regarding employees, Sometimes they are nice and professional and sometimes not but you can’t expect someone to provide decent customer service if they are too busy. They don’t answer the phone because they are understaffed. We counted our calls over the last 3 weeks and it doesn’t matter the time of day, they won’t pick up. We are over 37 calls without an answer. I don’t blame the pharmacist or helper due to the volume they do. But it affects the customer because it makes someone like my wife or me drive 15-18 minutes, stand in line to ask a question the antiquated call screen can’t handle.

  After a few obstacles in the beginning, my decision to transition from another pharmacy has been great. The pharmacist is exceptionally kind, helpful, and willing to do what is best for the consumer. I’ve had many good encounters with her. She returns my calls and answers any questions I may have. Additional staff are friendly and helpful. Your customer service does not go unnoticed or unappreciated ☺️ Happy Thanksgiving to all of you 🦃 Thank you, DB

  Not only are your meds not going to be done after waiting through a long line, but they don't even have customer service skills. Waited through a line today and the female working was rude with me. She told me I'd have to wait 30 minutes which is usually the case here. I waited and came back then observed two females talking with said staff member. She was respectful with them, but when I came up she went back to being rude and was to busy wondering what dinner was for tonight. If you don't know how to talk to people that's a sign you should find a different job, as am I with finding a different pharmacy.

  I went there to pick up a prescription for my mother. The rx had been sent in the previous day but when I went to pick it up, they didn't have it ready for pick up; however, they pulled the prescription for me VERY quickly and I was out of there in no time. Thanks for your expedient service!
