  We had a wonderful experience at Miracle-Ear! The staff was incredibly kind and patient while helping my papaw with his hearing aids. They took the time to update them, fix the parts that were worn, and even cleaned all the wax out so they work like new again. They treated him with so much respect and made sure everything was working perfectly before we left. It’s such a relief to know there are people who genuinely care and take the time to help. Thank you for the amazing service—we truly appreciate it!

  I had an excellent experience at the Miracle-Ear location in Xenia. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Jake did an amazing job explaining my options in a way that was easy to understand and never overwhelming. He was patient, honest, and really focused on what would work best for me rather than just making a sale. Getting hearing aids for the first time felt a lot less intimidating because of his help. I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend Jake and this office to anyone considering hearing support.

  Working with Miracle Ear in Xenia was great! Jake specifically was super helpful. He is very knowledgeable about all of their products and helped me find something that worked best for my hearing needs and my budget.
