Delysa then scheduled a follow-up call with Amy, the owner of the company—who, as a bonus, has a long and impressive background as a Registered Nurse. Speaking with Amy was a turning point for me. She shared her personal story about why she decided to start her own agency, and hearing her passion and commitment firsthand gave me complete confidence that our mom would be in the best hands. It was clear that her mission is rooted in care, quality, and trust. Amy later came out to our home for the initial consultation, accompanied by the business manager, Kristen. Kristen walked me through the services offered by Homewatch CareGivers, and I was especially excited to learn about the Homewatch Connect device. Knowing that I could video call and see my mom on my TV when I couldn't be there in person gave me so much peace of mind. Every step of this journey—from the first phone call to getting everything in place—has been handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.
