    Was thinking of returning to use this pharmacy as my primary place.. Geez, after today…. Customer service was terrible. Can they act like they care about the customer? Now, I am moving on to another pharmacy in my network.

    We came too early because the Kroger voicemail recording said the pharmacy opened at 8am instead of 9am. But that wasn't the fault of the pharmacist. The pharmacist was kind and quick and accurate and opened a couple of minutes early to start my order. Great service!

    This pharmacy has gone down hill, terrible customer service now . I went to pick up routine prescriptions and was told to come back the next day because they were not ready or wait until 7:30 I was there at 5:10pm. I came back the next day and was told only one was ready and to come back on Tuesday which was 4 days away . Called Wednesday no prescription ready. Was told it will be ready at 11:45 I call just to make sure it was ready and they said it was changed to pick up on Thursday at 4:00 I’m done with it all. Had my prescription transferred to another pharmacy.
