    The employees at this pharmacy failed to run my insurance or ASK for my insurance information before presenting me with a $946 total. They then asked me to wait 5 minutes while they changed the script to 30 days from 90. I waited almost 20 minutes before asking if they needed more time. They had forgotten to notify me that it was ready... even though I was the only person sitting in the very visible waiting area. Just not good customer service. Do not recommend.

    Was thinking of returning to use this pharmacy as my primary place.. Geez, after today…. Customer service was terrible. Can they act like they care about the customer? Now, I am moving on to another pharmacy in my network.

    We came too early because the Kroger voicemail recording said the pharmacy opened at 8am instead of 9am. But that wasn't the fault of the pharmacist. The pharmacist was kind and quick and accurate and opened a couple of minutes early to start my order. Great service!
