  Homewatch CareGivers is an excellent company with an amazing owner and staff ! My mother has dementia and we needed a home care person that knows how to deal with people with cognitive issues. This company specializes in dementia care and was the perfect fit ! The care givers were patient and always kept a positive outlook even during the challenging times with my mom. Amy, the owner, went absolutely above and beyond to work with us throughout the whole process. Dealing with a parent who has dementia can be very stressful and very sad and Amy was empathetic, so involved and very knowledgeable about not only how to help my mom but how to help us deal with the situation. I would absolutely recommend this company - you will be in good, kind and caring hands !!

  I am so happy that my family and I chose this agency to provide care for our mother. From the very beginning, the experience has been nothing short of amazing and reassuring. When I first spoke with the office manager, Delysa, she was incredibly informative and compassionate. As I explained the situation and the specific care my mom needed, she listened attentively and truly understood the importance of finding the right support. Delysa then scheduled a follow-up call with Amy, the owner of the company—who, as a bonus, has a long and impressive background as a Registered Nurse. Speaking with Amy was a turning point for me. She shared her personal story about why she decided to start her own agency, and hearing her passion and commitment firsthand gave me complete confidence that our mom would be in the best hands. It was clear that her mission is rooted in care, quality, and trust. Amy later came out to our home for the initial consultation, accompanied by the business manager, Kristen. Kristen walked me through the services offered by Homewatch CareGivers, and I was especially excited to learn about the Homewatch Connect device. Knowing that I could video call and see my mom on my TV when I couldn't be there in person gave me so much peace of mind. Every step of this journey—from the first phone call to getting everything in place—has been handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. The level of expertise, empathy, and attention to detail this agency has shown is truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and compassionate in-home care.

  It was a joy to have Homewatch caregivers of Central Ohio come out for consultations! I was so pleased after meeting with Amy! She was understanding, knowledgeable and helpful with every concern and all needs. Communication has been beyond our expectations! My family and I were pleased with the services that Homewatch Caregivers of Central Ohio offers. We are looking forward to starting services on a new journey for my mom. Thank you !
