Tiffany Lewis, the store manager, cared for my spouse. Tiffany was exceptionally caring and attentive. She tailored the solutions to my spouse's specific needs. She did not try to "sell" us on any extra items, but instead provided practical interventions to enhance mobility and balance. Thank you!

Specifically made an appointment so I would not have to wait…. Sat there for 15 minutes and still did not have anyone come over to start my evaluation so I walked out.

I had an excellent experience at the Woodmere, Ohio Good Feet Store. Specialist Robbie was knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through all the steps until I was comfortable with the process. She also offered after sale support.

If I could give less than zero I would. The sales rep was great at selling, but has never responded to multiple requests for follow up. The whole concept is a total scam. They lead you to believe that their inserts are made custom to your feet. JOKE! They promise to be pain free in a few weeks. JOKE! $2,000. NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from generic inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm yet flexible support that helps correct poor foot biomechanics and provide long-term pain relief, unlike typical inserts or insoles.
I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain. Can arch supports help?
Yes, often foot discomfort is due to the foot itself rather than the shoes. Stabilizing your foot with Good Feet arch supports can minimize or alleviate pain caused by common foot-related problems.
Can I take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for customers aged 6 and above, the local Good Feet Store keeps a full inventory enabling you to take home your fitted arch supports immediately after purchase.
