  Iv been going here since 2019 iv seen many Np they don't stay the best one they had was Toni Martin the new ones come in they jerk your meds away they don't listen they really don't try and help you I was going to a weight loss clinic for my diabetes and weight loss I couldn't afford the office visit so Katie Lawrence said she would take over my monjaro anybody on glp1 knows the main side effect is nausea I have fight and beg for zofran they think your drug seeking if you ask for zofran I'm going back to the weight clinic they don't mind giving you zofran they say you need it I have neuropathy really bad in my feet and legs I tell them how much pain I'm in and that I don't sleep at night they ignore me so iv anymore knows a good dr around adams brown or highland county please let me know ACRMC DR OFFICES AND HOSPITAL SUCK DONT GO THERE I STOPPED GOING TO THE HOSPITAL I ONLY GO TO CLERMONT MERCY NOW

  They say they care about there patients, but they dont. Moly wife has been trying to get a referral to OSU so we can find out whats wrong, they push going to UC which did nothing for my wife at all. I call them to tell them no referral has been sent for my wife and just get a smoke show. They tell us to call amd they will get her scan down here if we cant get in soon. And come to find out no referral was ever sent to OSU at all. No one knows anything at all. But The receptionist and Heather say everything was done, but it wasn't. Even before when I went there they were a joke. Should have known Adams county would be a joke.

  I literally would recommend this doctor's office to EVERYONE! My doctors name is Heather, she is LITERALLY THE BEST DOCTOR EVER! She actually really seems to care about me! I've never had a doctor care for me like Heather does! I appreciate her so much, she has literally changed my life and I don't dread going to the doctors anymore! Also Jannet, I believe she's the front desk lady! She is the absolute sweetest! I just love this place sooo much! They really have changed my outlook on doctors!❤️

  I see Dr. Chris Bernheisel at ACRMC at Winchester and/or Peebles. I will never voluntarily change my pcp. Knowledgeable, compassionate and knows the UC and Christ Hospital doctors. Wayne Smalley
