  I have never in my life had so many issues with a pharmacy before until I switched to THIS Kroger pharmacy, not only was they disrespectful & rude to us but it took them 6 hours to fill 3 scripts that they said was already ready. Then they didn't even apologize to me for talking to me & treating me like that, just for them to find out it was THEM & not me!! The least they could of done is give me a gift card or something since they couldn't even apologize to me!!

  Don’t come here they do not answer the phones ! They NEVER open their drive through. Only a select a few have decent customer service. It’s always and I mean always something when it comes to them. It took me about 2 weeks. To get ALL my meds ridiculous This is my last time here✌🏾

  They were able to help me with my transfer from the CVS pharmacy when I continued to fail to get my medication being as I shopped that store any way I can no not have to make extra trips and they have my pills

  Bad customer service. It took approximately 40 minutes to fill a prescription and get it verified and whatever else the lady said. I'm still here waiting for them to figure out stuff. 4 or 5 people went and got their prescriptions completed before mines. SMH.

  Very upset with this place abd I will never go back again. I never had a problem filling a prescription before. today I went to the pharmacy and filled my prescription, about an hour after I got home I happen to count my pills I received I was supposed to have 30 but I only had 25 from the bottle. I called them thinking that they must have miscounted and they would give me my five pills that they made a mistake on. well I guess supposedly they counted everything and everything was correct in their system so they cannot give me my 5 pills which I pay for my prescription out of my pocket. so because of their mistake I am now short five pills for my medication now I'm screwed and I won't even last me a month for my next doctor's appointment. I am very very upset with this Kroger pharmacy! if they can have their inventory and everything matches up and I counted my pills and I only have 25 pills when I was perscribed 30 somebody obviously the drop them on the floor or is stealing! before you leave the pharmacy and you do fill there, please count your pills before you leave!
