- BJBriana JenkinsDec 3, 20251.0They always screw me around, today took the cake, was there at 9am this morning, they had a sign in the window saying they was closed when they open at 8, watched 4 cars after me go through and didn’t get waited on just like me, then went back to pickup my medicine around 12:40, I was the LAST car in line, they took everyone else and then closed the sign on me to go to lunch, they couldn’t have just went ahead and waited on me and then went to lunch, I was the last freaking car. So done with this pharmacy.

Their automated system texts you to refill when you don’t have refills, allows you to refill on the phone when you don’t have refills, and the staff act clueless when you arrive to find out you don’t have refills available, blame the automated system and cannot answer a question without the assistance of the actual pharmacist who then said my Dr denied my request for a refill, only for me to have a message from their office saying that the refill was approved and sent. One week without my medicine and I’ve had enough. Filling somewhere else and I’d advise everyone to do the same.
