She was friendly and really listened to my concerns. I then met with Ashley and she also was professional and yet very warm and friendly. She pulled out some frame options for me after listening to what I was looking for, and without much delay, we found a pair that I really liked. She also explained the insurance vs self pay options and various discounts so I could make the best choice for my needs and budget. The whole process was simple and I felt valued as a client and patient! The theme here is great listening skills, a focus on the customer, and to top it off, truly kind and friendly people! Highly recommend this location - easy parking on street - recco you go on weekdays when Crocker isn’t too busy to get best spot to park. The store itself also has a very trendy look and feel, and has a vast selection of designer and store brand frames. Something for every budget ! 5* for sure !
