Purchased a pair of glasses with progressive lenses, including all the bells and whistles. Spent over $600. I also purchased a pair of prescription sun glasses a few short months ago for $500. Less than one year later the lenses on my daily glasses are splintering on both sides of the nose bridge. Warby Parker's web site states glasses are guaranteed for one year for manufacturing defect. When I reached out to customer service they offered me a $100 gift certificate and not a repair or replacement of my glasses. I asked for a supervisor review and got the same answer with their "sincere apologies". They will not get another dime from me. Buyer beware!
