When I arrived for my appointment, that had been requested to be confirmed by pearl vision multiple times, I was notified by the front desk lady that she was unable to find my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. She said she tried calling multiple times but I never received any voicemail regarding the issue. Thought this was strange as I have been to Dr. Lam before and had an appointment and contacts ordered through them. Anyways, I presented her with my insurance card and she began to get short with me regarding not being able to find my insurance and that she had already tried. The attitude for something that’s really outside of my control was very unprofessional. There are 7 other optometrists in the immediate vicinity. I got a same day appointment with LensCrafters across the street. The gal there found my information no problem.

Tried to tell me my son didn’t have a a prescription, had to call insurance to check billing records. Never answered the phones there, still don’t have my contact order or prescription in my email. I could on and on … now I have to drive back there and make them help me. I have filed a formal complaint!
