  Dr. Lam is holistic in her professional service and exam. She focuses on the eyes and the effects of overall health from the eyes. The exam prescription is most accurate for lenses. Thank you.

  I had a very bad experience. I went about a week ago to get an eye exam because I have an eye problem. After I went, I had called to get a referral(where I had mention I don’t want another eye exam) but was told to come to the store. Once I came into the store I asked to either get a referral or get a prescription for my eye but they insisted on giving me the same test I took just a week ago. Nothing has just since last we and I repeatedly asked that I do not want another eye exam. But they made me get an eye exam regardless and asked me to pay $40 for something I didn’t even ask for. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The staff did not want to listen to my needs she just wants to charge the visitors unnecessarily

  Dr Lam was thorough and explained why I am seeing the way I do and the reasons for recent changes. Everyone was very helpful, my concerns were addressed, and I felt important as a patient and at ease when I left.
