  After avoiding dentists for about seven years, I called Dr. Wiltman's office in pain last year. They got me in the next day and took care of me. Since then, I've been here more than ten times getting my nasty rotten teeth fixed. Everyone in the office has a really pleasant demeanor and is pretty easing going. Leah runs the front office. She's nice and has an answer for anything related to scheduling, billing or insurance. Debbie is the dental assistant. She knows what to do, is knowledgeable about the procedures and is generally up for a chat, but not pushy about it. Dr. Wiltman is friendly and gentle, but he keeps the small talk short and gets right down to business. He's got steady hands and does great work. I know he's seen terrible things in my x-rays, but he takes things one at a time and is clear about communicating the level of urgency and what needs to happen next. For the first time in my life, I can honestly say, "I've got a great dentist."

  Dr.Wiltman’s office is awesome!! Him and his assistants are great! I am bad about going to the dentist and always fear it. This was my first time in probably about 5-7 years. All of the people here are very warm, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable. I was very nervous at first, but I felt better after being here for a while and now I feel way more comfortable going to the dentist. I will definitely keep coming to this office! I would recommend to anyone!

  I came to Dr. Wiltman's office about five years ago after a horrible experience from my previous dental relationship. I was very nervous and found comfort in the skill of Dr. Wiltman and his excellent, caring staff. I had a unique situation with failing root canals in my front teeth. He knew his limitations and referred me to qualified specialist dental professionals when needed. Dr. Wiltman's most impressive skill is his attention to detail. He is extremely skilled, educated at CWRU. Dr. Wiltman is very thorough at every exam. When it come to his cosmetic dentistry, my crowns look amazing! No one knows my front teeth are capped! (Until now) I feel confident smiling again! I am so glad I found the Dr. Wiltman team. And thank you Cindy, Debbie, Karen and Leah...you are my other family! Thank you for all the hugs!

  I would just like to say that Dr. Drew Wiltman was great, very gentle. But some of his staff/receptionist/dental assistant are very rude and needs training in customer service. The receptionist/dental assistant hung up the phone on me during our conversation because I requested copies of my x-rays. So now they lost me, my husband and my daughter as customers.
