- ZZZoeJan 3, 20225.0I live in OSU campus area. Chose here because it has the earliest appointment for covid test. I had covid symptoms on the first day of 2022ðŸ˜. Did a rapid test today, get the result sent to my phone in less than 30 minutes. Super efficient! All staffs are so friendly. Front desk receptionist even made a cute paper version insurance card because I only had the digital card in my phone. Thank them very much and hope they all stay healthy during the pandemic.
- JBJean BeanJan 30, 20201.0I made an appointment for my daughter's sports physical. We arrived 5 minutes early. The receptionist, Bev, acted like we were bothering her as we checked in. I finally asked her how her day was going - she mumbled something. After 20 minutes, another person came in without an appointment. She waited 10 minutes and then they called her in as a walk-in while they ignored us. I asked why they were taking her when we had an appointment and had arrived well before the other patient who had no appointment. They said they had to work in the walk-ins between appointments and asked if that was ok with me. I said, "no" and they ignored me, took the woman in and shut the door. Finally after 45 minutes they took us in without any apology. They asked my daughter to get up on the chair and I had to remind them to please put down a sanitary paper. We waited another 10 minutes in the room for the doctor. Never again.

My work schedule doesn't give me time to go to my usual doctor so I come here when I need to and they usually do a pretty good job! However, The most recent time I went the nurse practitioner, Gloria was texting throughout the whole exam and seemed to be way more worried about her coming lunch break than she was about doing her job. I was completely misdiagnosed, given the wrong medication that I had an allergic reaction to, and the issue escalated to the point where I had to go to Urgent Care. This has been such a horrible experience and I can not believe that it actually happened. Although I've had good service here before, I will absolutely not be returning and would rather just take time off work to see my regular doctor.
