Honestly such a frustrating experience. I waited for 50 minutes only to leave without getting my lab orders completed. The entire time I was there, the waiting area was full of people just waiting to be seen at the lab. My wait time never changed from 15 minute wait. Every time I've visited since Quest took over, it's been an absurd wait time. Even more frustrating than the wait is the complete and utter lack of communication. If they're running behind, then fine, but at least communicate that to the 15+ people waiting instead of avoiding eye contact and rushing back behind the door.

Terrible. Everytime I come I wait minimum 40 minutes that’s with an appointment and they can’t ever seem to put my standing order in their system right so it’s always “expired”

Billing issues. You pay a bill and then they send the same bill with a different number. Six months dealing with this. Good luck!
