  I’ve been using this pharmacy for many years. And I USE to love it. I’m not sure what’s going on but the last year the pharmacy itself and staff have done a 180 and gone downhill quick. I’ve been in customer for over 20 years so I get it everyone has a bad day no big deal. But to be in customer service and dealing with medication is even harder I get it 100%. I also give places way more chances than they deserve before complaining. The time has come for that. EVERY SINGLE time for the last 6 months anyone I talk to in person has an attitude is condescending and not helpful. When a pharmacy makes a mistake about my medication and responds with “my bad oops” is beyond ridiculous. The last year or so has been hit or miss sometimes nice sometimes rude. But within the last 6 months of that year it’s been 99% of the time negative. I go to the pharmacy bare minimum of once a month if not more and to get the same negative interactions almost every time is not ok. I have family and friends that go here and they are having the same issues. I think it’s at the point where we all need to change pharmacies. I just wish it was like it use to be. I advise anyone that hasn’t been here to this location to go anywhere else.

  The staff have always been helpful in answering any questions regarding my prescriptions & they have always been filled in a timely manner. I feel very fortunate for the good service at this pharmacy.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. I can't even begin to tell you how many times this pharmacy has messed up. They filled the same perscription twice in one day, MULTIPLE times I have gone and signed for auto refill, sometimes it happens but most of the time it doesn't. Just today, I called before and two times after to make sure my perscription was ready, they said it was and 2 times I have gotten the wrong one (in ONE day) and while standing there in the store, they admitted that it was their mess up - they said they would be happy to have it ready for me in 1 and a half hours (I had already been there earlier to pick it up and they sent me away so that was my SECOND time that day, they should have filled it IMMEDIATELY). AGain, they should have filled it right then. I had to go to Kroger THREE times in one day to get a perscription and finally I gave up and had the perscriptions all tranferred. It has been 2 years of them saying they didn't receive perscriptions and then saying oh oops I guess we did, handing over the wrong ones, telling me I am not enroilled in autofill, telling me I am enrolled and then telling me I am not AGAIN for the same perscriptions. In fact, today the lady said that I was most definitely NOT enrolled in autorefill and when I had the perscriptions transferred to another Kroger they said I was and had been for a long time for that perscription. I have only gone there and gotten the right thing without a hitch 3 times in two years. The Kroger on Shrock road in Westerville is good. But please, please do NOT go to the Kroger in westerville on Sunbury road. If you value your time, your health and your sanity, do NOT go there.

  My wife and I have been using this pharmacy for ourselves and our two children for >20 years. Staff are invariably friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They know us by name and greet us with a smile. EDIT (7-18-25): In the last few years, I have been commuting to a job in Illinois, where Kroger's affiliate, Mariano's, operates. Because of my itinerant lifestyle, I have had to juggle prescriptions between the Westerville Kroger and the Elmhurst Mariano's many, many times. The staff at both pharmacies know me by name and are always very helpful and patient. They consistently go the extra mile to get my prescriptions filled when I find myself out of medication and not in the city I expected. It is no exaggeration to say that I do not believe I could hold my Chicago job without the excellent service I receive from Kroger and Mariano's.
