I had an excellent experience here--the appointment was efficient and I had no wait time, and the people who helped me were highly professional and responsive. I had a complication (brief fainting spell) following a test, and the pharmacy technician and nurse practitioner who had given me the test were exceptionally kind while I was waiting to recover. It was a pretty scary experience, but they made me feel comfortable, calm, and safe. I was really impressed.

Iâve gone here twice now when I wasnât feeling well and have had just ok experiences both times. Today I was sitting in the waiting area (I had made an appt) and this group of people comes in and gets in a small argument with the girl at the front desk about the walk in wait time/appointments. Then the room is ready for me and the girl at the front desk was maybe too scared to say out loud thatâs itâs my room because of the argument she had with the other people waiting but she just pointed at me and told me to come in.
When I went in the room there was a nurse practitioner in the room already. The front desk girl started taking my temperature and blood pressure and everything. The nurse asked me when I started feeling bad and how it progressed and so I was telling her about it and she goes âhoney you are talking way too fast and I cannot keep up.â I had no clue what to say, I thought she was just listening but I guess while I was getting a thermometer stuck in my ear and my arm constricted she was also typing everything I was saying.
After the nurse said this, the girl from the front desk sighs and says âI hate Mondaysâ. While Iâm sitting right there!! I just thought that was so unprofessional.
The nurse at this point hadnât looked at me even once as she continued to ask me more questions. Then she stands up and comes over to listen to my heart and look in my ears and her hands were shaking so bad it amazed me she could hold anything steady. She diagnosed me with a sinus infection (I already knew that) and sent my prescription to the pharmacy which was ready 15 mins later.
Last time I went was a much better experience but this one was a bit disappointing and I felt very rushed and unwanted. It seemed like the employees would rather be literally anywhere else than there.
