I am an existing happy customer of the Good Feet store. I went into the Worthington office to get a new set of arches. I have been using an existing set of arches, since the last 6 years. They gave helped relieve pain in my ankle and knees while running. Zach Caldwell helped set me up with a new set of arches. He explained to me about the current deal going on. Thanks!

I’ve I had a warranty on these all these years and didn’t think about it. New ones at no cost!

Angelo was absolutely amazing! He was kind, patient, and never once made me feel pressured to buy anything. His only focus was making sure my feet felt better, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. You can tell he truly loves what he does and takes great pride in helping people. Such a great experience — highly recommend seeing Angelo at The Good Feet Store at Polaris!

So far, so good. People have been telling me I need to go to The Good Feet Store for years and I have resisted because it's definitely an upfront financial investment. I finally went and Angelo Purnell took great care of me. I feel like I've learned a lot about my feet and balance and now I'm retraining my feet and, as a result, my entire body. Here's hoping this resolves my years'-old knee issue!

Jennifer was an amazing help she was very explanatory, making sure I know the 3 - step system an how it can improve my feet an how it will support my balance through the day to day basis. Although she forgot to place the actual maintainer inside the zip lock bag it initially came in so i called the Westerville store found out she was at a different location which was groveport location the conversation started off pleasant until I mentioned that she forgot to place the maintainer inside the zip lock bag it initially came in she told me to come to the store wensday or Thursday an she will replace the item. Before I ended up coming into the Westerville location she left a voicemail mentioning how she found the first maintainer inside the shoe when she got to the polaris location and how she was upset that i didnt come in to speak to her when i had to run to a store next door called red wings to buy boots her reasoning on saying that i didnt understand why she would say that when we dont have a friendship i dont know her from a can of paint but i really didnt like how she lied saying she found the maintainer in the shoes that i brought an was taking back when there wasnt a maintainer inside of the shoes because i checked thoroughly. she was nice at first told me to wait 1 second she will get the maintainer once she got the maintainer placed it in my hands she wanted me to give her an explanation on what exactly happened to the first maintainer so I again repeated what actually happened an she again told the same lie about how she found the maintainer inside the shoe so to avoid any disagreement i put a smile on my face listened to her an once she was finished told her to have a nice day but if you do go to the good feet store i highly recommend you go to a different sales person to help
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from regular shoe inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible function designed to correct poor foot biomechanics and offer long-term pain relief, unlike typical generic inserts.
Can arch supports help if I already buy good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes. Often foot discomfort stems from the foot itself rather than the shoes. Stabilizing the foot with Good Feet arch supports can minimize or alleviate pain caused by common foot-related problems.
Can I take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, customers aged 6 and up can take their personally fitted arch supports home immediately after purchase as the store keeps a full inventory.
How can I get a free fitting for arch supports at The Good Feet Store?
Simply visit the Westerville Good Feet Store; no appointment is required, although you may schedule one if preferred.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds to buy arch supports at The Good Feet Store?
