For a long time, she struggled to find comfortable shoes and when we went to this store, I had zero expectations that they had the answers. We were helped by Justin Kates, an incredibly kind, understanding young man who was also very, very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and treated us not as customers but as human beings. In the end, my mom was in tears. We are satisfied both with the excellent customer service we received as well as the product we purchased. Thank you, Justin and thank you to The Good Feet store for bringing relief to my mom who suffered for many years.

Presentation was excellent . I spent 1 1/2 hours in another store and left . I finally came to The Good Feet Store almost a decade ago. This was a game changer for me. I followed the process and landed on using their 'strengtheners' as my long term supports. Since I wear these daily, if I skip some days, my feet are still ok! I brought my mom in a few years ago and she loves these as well! We both now own a few pairs so we can just keep them in different shoes. When your pair wears down, they'll replace! Most recently we worked with Angelo at the Westerville OH location. He was SO PATIENT and so KIND. He answered all of our questions and helped us reassess our arches. I can't say enough about the service Angelo provided. If you visit them based on this review please ask for Angelo.

He had me walk in all the different insoles and explained this system is actually patented and has helped millions of people who have been suffering for so long. Not only was he very informative and patient he was very very nice made what has always been a very difficult time for me ( anything having to do with my feet ) into a fun and exciting visit. He actually gave me hope. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Zack and this is an excellent and very unique system very effective I hope that anyone who suffers like I do gets to visit with Zack and understand the Good feet system
