When my daughter (away at college in Ohio) called me last Monday night to let me know that the crown protecting her summer root canal had fallen out, I was referred to Stauffer Family Dental by our adoptive Westerville grandparents—long time Stauffer patients. From my panicked call the next morning to getting her in and back on track with a crown reset by Wednesday afternoon, I couldn’t be happier. The office staff was top notch and walked me through all the paperwork that needed to be submitted while my kid was able to stay focused and in class at her university. While she has one more cleaning scheduled with our dentist at home over the winter break (1000+ miles away), she is ready to make Stauffer Family Dental her new home for routine cleanings over the next few years. And as a bonus….Mom and Dad are looking forward to spending future holiday breaks catching up with our kid rather than juggling all the preventative appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist).
