I had a few questions and instead of being helpful, they rushed me off of the phone because the were closing in 2 minutes. You answered the phone so why couldn't you help me and not make it feel like I inconveniencing you because heaven forbid you stay 5 minutes after you close! I have better customer service skills at my cashiering job and have stayed over 30 minutes or more for my customers. I don't get people who get away with this stuff. I would be fired for treating a person like this!
