An hour later, I got a text from them that said I couldn't fill it until tomorrow, so I waited an hour for nothing. The person at the walk up window just acted aggravated that I asked for my prescription paper back.
- LBLindsay BuckApr 4, 20191.0They are terrible. They don’t call you if there is an issue with your prescription. They also don’t follow up with your doctor when there is an issue. There is very little to no communication. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and they left me standing there. I had to ask several times if they had gotten hold of my doctor. I would recommend going to a different pharmacy.
- KSKim SpearsFeb 21, 20181.0No notification on perscription status, perscription cancelled because insurance wasn't paying for it...which we knew....doctor called in a perscription...went to pick up...was told waiting on call back from doctor....called doctor myself and they had no record of call. They called pharmacy right away. Doc called back and said they just hadn't ordered it yet? Called Kroger to verify it had been ordered...was told they were waiting for a call from my doctor!! 2 weeks....really. Finally, after insisting that was not the case, meds were ordered. Never left a negative review. Sadly.
