I am in the process of getting my prescriptions transferred from this Kroger pharmacy to the Walmart pharmacy in Westerville. The pharmacists at Kroger are so rude I can't even believe it. I went to the Walmart in Westerville to pick up a prescription for my friend and was blown away at how friendly and helpful they were. My prescriptions were at Kroger for convenience. Walmart is just as convenient. Now I don't have to deal with Kroger's lack of customer service at the pharmacy.

My personal interactions with pharmacy staff and pharmacists have been satisfactory. My biggest problem has been delivery request policy for refills. One can put in info to the computer who takes the call, but one must CALL BACK next day after the prescription is filled to request the delivery. This seems cumbersome and bulky. As a busy FT caregiver it is a challenge to call back /get past the computer to reach the pharmacists to make the delivery request. If one does not call back next day by a certain time, request cannot be taken, requiring call back yet another NEXT day, going through the computer routine to reach pharmacists again.

This used to be a very nice pharmacy but it has gone severely downhill. They never have the medicine ready when they say they will but the worst part is the service. I have had workers that acted like you were an inconvenience but tonight a young man named Andrew was downright rude not only to me but to the lady in front of me. I was picking up an asthma prescription for my granddaughter who was at work. He quoted me $300 and I told him no, that it w as supposed to be a generic-- hecargued with me that her insurance wouldn't cover a generic-- I called her and found out it was to be thru Good RX. At this point he wrote down the 4 sets of numbers I needed and she gave them to me, I then gave the paper to him and he told me it would be $80 that is the one, so I tried to give him my card to pay, he snapped that I would have to wait as he had to go fill it and slammed the pen on the counter. When he came back he c eas rude and snippy. I have never been treated in such a manner before-- not even a thank you-- he just snapped " next" People on limited incomes cannot afford the ridiculously high prices of meds for asthma and and I am sorry if they lost money because she had a cheaper way to go but I guarantee you that if I get treated like that again at this pharmacy you are going to deal with a very angry and loud lady and I will blast your company all over thebinternet!

They must really like to see me bc I have to go back twice each month and wait in line forever bc they NEVER have enough of my meds. After being told they can fill the whole script this month (for once). In there own words the inventory was wrong. That is never a good sign. I was told two different days they would be filling the rest to show up wait in line AGAIN for them to say oh we just don't have it. This has been happening for at least a year. I will be changing pharmacies after this months crazyness.

They are terrible. They don’t call you if there is an issue with your prescription. They also don’t follow up with your doctor when there is an issue. There is very little to no communication. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and they left me standing there. I had to ask several times if they had gotten hold of my doctor. I would recommend going to a different pharmacy.
