  They messed up my claim with my insurance and it has been over a month and they have not contacted me or my insurance back. My insurance has reached out to them 3 times and got a voicemail every time. They do not always have a person in the lobby either and it is beyond frustrating. Their billing department always goes to voicemail and never call/email/text back. They can email and text bills though apparently :) update: emailed the address you/they replied with still no response and still no call backs/answers when calling. I’d give 0 stars if I could it has been enough time at this point and I need this resolved before the end of the year as I am switching insurances and don’t want to deal with this again. Will just keep calling everyday and hopefully one day someone will actually be in the building to help. Do not go here it shouldn’t take this long to get one of THEIR errors resolved. I try to give customer services the benefit of the doubt as I’ve worked in it multiple times, but when it is charging me 500 dollars for something that is COVERED if they submit the claim correctly then I’m kind of past that point. Truly awful and I was willing to look past my therapist being late to all of our appointments for some reason should have took that as a sign.

  The secretary is a horrible person, she makes you wait at the window for 20 mins while she talks to her boyfriend very loudly on the phone about very inappropriate topics. I missed an appointment and paid the late fee of $175 to my therapist at the front desk, the money never made it to him and I was dropped. DO NOT go this place, it's ridiculous how it operates. I reported this place for multiple ethic code violations. I'd wouldn't give any stars if it was possible.

  This post refers to the administration. The customer service is terrible. They offer mental health care services but can't even call existing clients back in a timely manner. I understand they say they are short staffed but then pay overtime, something. Don't leave people trying to schedule appointments hanging so they have to call back multiple times. Also, if you are a new patient, expect to have to reschedule when you arrive for your first appointment because they have terrible communication skills and they expect you to guess what forms need to be filled out. If you don't do them in advance, they won't let you be seen.

  I don’t recommend this office. Our very first appointment was canceled 35 minutes before the appointment time. We live an hour away. 2nd appointment the therapist was a little late. Things happen so no big deal. 3rd appointment was fine. 4th appointment was cancelled and we weren’t told until we were already there. These appointments were for my daughter who we pull out of school every other Monday to attend these appointments. My husband and I go into work late as well. Front desk told my husband that we were called and informed of this (we were not and the front desk could not provide me a time that I was called). The supervisor then told me that we were never scheduled even though we scheduled 3 appointments out during our 1st actual session. They can’t seem to get on the same page and drop the ball often. Needless to say, we are looking for a new provider and you would be better off doing the same.
