- MCM CMar 14, 20261.0Incompetent clowns from the front office to the medical staff. Go elsewhere and save yourself a huge headache. It's been a month long nightmare with mistake after mistake and no answers or treatment.

I have watched my father in law suffer with a terrible cough and cold for the past two weeks, and he visited this office during the first few days of his illness. They did absolutely nothing to treat him. No medication, no diagnosis, and most importantly they NEVER reached out with his test results from the blood work they took. Absolutely useless.

My father was suffering greatly in the meantime. We had to actually go see someone else in MT Orab because this location was so utterly useless do not take patients health seriously.

I've attempted to get treatment to help figure out my needs, but my concerns are usually minimized and seemingly only really due to staff being to busy to take the time to care, literally ignoring the concerns I have come in with. Last time, Amber Thiel blatantly asked me, "Well what is the ONE thing you want us to look at today" and then proceeded to tell me that ultimately what they could do wouldn't likely even be beneficial, but went ahead with it anyway... Feels more like they care about maximizing patient costs as to actually helping figure out what is wrong... Really disappointing to see what they decide to prioritize and how little staff are aware of what their facility offers. I will give two stars because they will at least try to send you to physicians who will actually take the time to care about you as an individual.
