For assistance and they made the appointment for another city in a different state . Fortunately my little clinic made adjustments and eventually got us in. By time we were finished pharmacy closed and had to wait till next day. Could have just made appointment with regular doctor next day

- TSTim SwinehartJun 11, 20251.0Felt pretty disrespected when I approached the counter and was met with an eye roll and a "What do you want" when coming in for a check up today (6/11 at 10:00 am, putting this here so whoever reviews this knows who was on shift). I get that some people aren't easy to work with but I had my insurance card ready as well as my ID. It's nit like I was fumbling with my wallet. Then when she asked what pharmacy I wanted to pick up my prescription, I asked "Do you have one on file from the last time I was here?", to which she jusf shrugged and gave a heavy sigh, as if I asked her to move heaven and earth. I'm also writing this as I've been sitting in the waiting area 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, so make this makes me a little miffed. What a clown show.

I was diagnosed with sinus congestion after only testing negative for strep throat, despite sharing my full list of symptoms, which included severe body aches and a fever. I was sure something else was going on, so I bought a take home test for both flu and covid. Turns out I have covid; I am also pregnant. Wasted my time, my money, and put my baby at risk...

I had to wait way too long in a slow moving line, only to be told that they wouldn't have enough vaccines for me to receive one today. If they didn't have enough, I should never have been allowed to book the appointment in the first place.
