The staff was trying hard to accommodate all the patients and their needs and I was in/out under an hour with a new pair of glasses. I have been coming to this location for years and always appreciate their professionalism, thank you.

Jessica confirmed to send the prescription but had no idea how long it would take which was fine. I waited 2 weeks and had not heard anything. I called back and it had never been sent. She retook my new address as I already had given it to her the first time I called. I asked that the prescription be sent within a couple days and even overnighted because I can’t see. She was very rude about the situation and said the doctor doesn’t overnight anything and she doesn’t control the mail. Thank you pearl vision!
