Jasmine at the Liberty Center location was knowledgable, kind, and so patient with us as we worked on capturing our perscriptions and going through our information. She helped get us set up for measurements, and provided great insight. Both my husband and I walked out with new glasses and actual excitement about our glasses.

At the risk of drawing crowds to this store - it's the best LensCrafters in the Cincinnati area. I've been a customer for at least 10 years, maybe more. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Nikki is an exceptional manager.

Dr's office staff was professional. Lenscrafters staff tried to be but it was all about the cost. Natalie acted as though she wasn't pushing the top price lens but when we tried to go less than what she wanted there was an excuse that the type we wanted wouldn't work. Then Nikki the manager swoops in at the last minute on the 2nd pair which were sunglasses, and guess what.... Lo and behold the frame we chose for sunglasses had to have a certain type of lenses that were 125.00 more than what miss Natalie had just quoted us. Long story. They make spiffs on the type of lens they sell you, the type and cost of the frame, and an extra big spiff for the second pair. Money money money, by the pound.

Great experience from initially calling in for information, going in and sitting down with salesperson. Then going back to purchase prescription sunglasses to ultimately picking up my sunglasses. Very friendly, accommodating, with quality glasses

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
