I desperately needed a new pair of glasses, and Andrew L was such a great help! I had several pairs to choose from, and he was patient and kind to me. He helped me pick a pair that I think looks great on me. Andrew was very professional, and I will definitely return. Thank you, Andrew L, and LensCrafters for a smooth appointment this morning!

I have been coming to this location for years and always treated with respect. Rashone was a great help in making sure I chose the right look for my next pair of glasses. He respected my choices and voice in finding the right look and encouraged me without pushing for a sale. I will continue to come back to this location!

Took an appointment for an eye exam and at the exam desk i had explicitly told them that I’m only taking the ones only fully covered by insurance.
For the first test, when i had asked whether it was the comprehensive eye exam fully covered under insurance, they said yes.
After that they rushed me into multiple tests without communicating which test was what, giving the impression that all were under the same test umbrella. And at the end slapped a hefty out of pocket charge. No communication or prior information whatsoever. Basic courtesy is to atleast communicate the type of test and give an upfront estimate/quote of the out-of-pocket charge, but no. Even when I recommended that they should communicate better, the lady at the desk replied rudely “If you dont ask, we wont tell”. Its evident they are fully aware of this and consciously avoid letting the customer know, so that they can extract more money out of gullible people.
Update - They make you go through the Retinal Imaging and Contact Lens fitting even though you dont ask for it or dont need it. Another reviewer below also had the exact same experience and I did. Apparently it’s repeated malpractice by LensCraft.

Janai was incredibly helpful and kind from the moment we walked in. She warmly welcomed us and took the time to clearly explain pricing, insurance coverage, and available discounts. Thanks to her help, I was able to purchase a pair of glasses at a great price with even better service.
Huge thanks to Janai for such a great experience!

I am so frustrated with their customer service. I purchased sunglasses several months ago at this store, which was not the first time. I bought multiple pairs here in the past and did not have to spend any out of pocket money as they were covered by my insurance: my insurance covers up to certain $$ per person every year. this time I was surprised when the staff told me to pay some based on the information she had. I explained to her that I did not need to pay as the price was within the annual allowance by insurance but she kept saying that was not consistent with what she knew. It did not make sense to me because I never had the issue at the store before. I had another appointment so paid $ with my card and left. A few weeks later I called the insurance company to explain what happened. The insurance customer service confirmed that I did not have to pay and asked me to contact the store to get the refund. I called the store multiple times to get this resolved but it did not work. So I contacted the insurance company again and finally got a letter saying that insurance company contacted the store and the store agreed to send me a check. they said I would get it within 1-2 weeks. of course I did not get anything for two months. I stopped by the store about a month ago with the letter. they copied it and told me that they would contact me after checking the status.
I had no calls or anything from them since then. I guess they are just waiting until I give up. This is one of the worst customer services I have ever had. I would never use it again!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
