I use the walk- up window. Its very fast and convenient, especially when my kids are in the car. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Ive had some questions about some of my scripts and they were very thorough in explaining to me the side effects and what to expect and proper dosing. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this pharmacy. My only wish was that they stayed open a little longer. I have missed my pick up times by a few minutes prolonging puck up to the next day. I know kroger can't help the traffic on Tylersville, but Im excited for this new location to open.

Prescriptions are never ready...they can be called in and or sent by physicians, days in advance even, still will not be ready for pick up. I've witnessed, many times, a sick or a patient in pain, coming from the hosp or their doctor having to wait for 30+ minutes to get their medicine. That's just not acceptable, in my opinion nor in most pharmacies. The staff, with the exception of two techs, are not only, very often rude, but don't even care enough about the patients, their needs, ailments/diagnosis to try to accommodate them. I was in pharmacy for years and i have never seen less communicative staff than this staff. Competative as it is, Independent pharmacies, still, far outshine the chains, especially this pharmacy. Caring pharmacists have always been the go to for their knowledge and recommendations, often times, instead of or in addition to to the patient's physician and here, sadly, just not the case.

I would give this location no stars if I could. The manager Chris was rude and would not let me purchase my groceries and did not try to help me in the slightest. I usually go to Cin Day Rd location and they are extremely nice. I use the same bank card every week that I use as a credit and tonight at this location Chris told me I could only use my card as a debit. I tried to explain I use the card every week at the other location and he said I was using a different card. It's the only card I have, so no I don't. I've never used my card as a debit so I didn't even know my PIN. I pleaded with him to please call the Cin Day Rd location to ask and he refused. I left the store and called Cin Day myself and sure enough the extremely nice manager on duty said CHRIS could have bypassed that and asked for my ID, which I had and ran it as a credit. He said they do it for customers all the time and explained it's doing that to a lot of cards with the chip reader and with Chris being a manager, should have known that and done that for me. Do NOT shop at this store.
