- SRS RJun 16, 20191.0Worst pharmacy ever. Even my doctor office nurses are frustrate with them. For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to refil my HR pills and in the same call to the pharmacy they give me several different excuses: “the refil needs confirmation from your doctor”, “we could not contact your doctor”, “the doctor denied it”, “one pill is controlled substance and we cannot refil too earlier”. The nurse called them while I was on the phone with her and Kroger employee said he put a note. When I told Kroger was with the nurse when she called the employee said that the doctor never called. So they called me a “liar” and an “addicted” in the same tentatives to refil my hormone therapy pills for the last weeks and i still don’t have the pills. I travel a lot for work and i will not have enough pills when I am away. I am definitively not using Kroger pharmacy anymore, specially the one at 8000 Princeton-Glendale rd at West Chester
