Charged my old insurance, even though I filled out all the forms with my new insurance. Then it was a fiasco getting new insurance charged. People are unprofessional from optometrist to optician. Was there for 2.5 hours. Ridiculous. At least I have a year to get a new DR. and optical shop. I had to give my credit card over the phone to hold the appointment and felt very uncomfortable with that. Avoid this place at all costs. Got a hand written RX which I’m perplexed by. Havent seen hand written RX in decades.
