- MPMason PatrickAug 31, 20221.0Worst pharmacy I’ve used. Good pharmacies notify patients when there is an issue with a script, but this one does not. Other Kroger pharmacies do notify patients, so the blame most likely lies with the employees, considering other issues with the employees. When you do have a problem, they fail to fully explain the issue and seem to have no interest in whether a patient can fill their prescription or not. The customer service is poor.
