Nearly impossible to reach someone on the phone or get a call back. It took me all day to speak to a live person only to learn they had not received the RX and now the doctors office was closed. This lack of customer service impacts people’s health

Why does the Pharmacy have to close at lunch time!!?? Of course I always end up there at that time!! At least a clerk could help you even if the Pharmacist is at lunch
