  A waste of time here staff no help have you sitting forever while they all just sitting chatting in the back talking about the patients & whatever else. They bring you in the room waiting forever after already taking forever in the lobby. The ladies got nasty attitudes for no reason & lying on my paper work saying I refused sp02, pulse & bp. I wouldn’t recommend. If I could give 0 star I would.

  The nurses and doctors laughed at me. I've been seeking help but they won't do anything. Waste of time.

  Its very sad that there is no CARE in thier healthcare, when trying to talk to the doctors and nurses they will not listen they automatically categorize me before they hear my concerns, they have no idea the fear people have coming in to not even be heard for example I could of told the doctor im having chest pain dizziness, shortness of breath, rash, fever and im bleeding and that im really anxious about all of my symptoms, thats all they hear is anxious, its in my head im having a panic attack and ill be fine..I want to say but wait you didnt address or hear the other symptoms????!! They immediately want to put you in a category and if your symptoms dont fit they will just say its in your head, or their other favorite thing to say that its a virus because there is no way to prove that and its a good excuse to tell you.. Another thing is they need to train their nurses more on bedside manner and how to insert an IV, im not an easy stick but 4 nurses and being poked 11 times untill I had to tell them stop trying it was painful. Please bring care back to your emergency care and less caring only about how im going to pay my bill, doctors wont hear or talk to me, might have to wait forever while you feel like your dying, but one person who I can guarantee is always on time is the registration lady to make sure you pay!
