  I’ve been seeing Jessica Stitler for months for chronic UTI’s and blood in urine. Iive requested a cystoscopy. She refused even though I have a history of precancerous polyps in the bladder. In the past I had a CT scan only showed kidney stone but the cystoscopy showed precancerous polyps and were removed and she still refused to order one. I cried in the office and she just looked at me. I have an appointment with Cleveland Clinic. I’m not a person to give a bad review but I want to help others to not waste your time because you could have something serious as I did, God Bless 🙏🙏✝️ ❤️

  I went in and seen Jessica for a uti I had about month back that I was having lingering symptoms for that was causing me a lot of discomfort and she told me she couldn’t do anything because the urgent care I went to initially didn’t do a culture so there was no “proof I had a uti”. Told me to drink more water then sent me on my way. Was extremely disappointed I was crying on my drive back to work. Found another urologist at UH named David sheyn who actually listened to my symptoms and gave me a couple diagnoses it could possibly be and prescribed me medication that has been really taking the edge off, and scheduled me for a cystoscopy. I’m very glad I made to decision to see a different urologist and am very pleased with the care my new on is providing me. Do not recommend seeing Jessica Sitler this doctor as I presume she thinks you’re just making it up if there’s no proof, and didn’t even attempt to help

  Says it's open till 4:30. Left a meeting to call at 4:10. Recording says they close at 4. No option for leaving voicemail. Fix the times on GMB. Frustrating.

  I'm quite disappointed with the NP I saw in this office, Mary Hardie. My first appointment she was supposed to schedule a cat scan with and without contrast. When I left the office, I was told I would be contacted for the appointment. I waited probably three weeks and nobody called. I went back into the office and asked the secretary about my cat scan appointment. She was very nice and helpful. She looked up my information and found, the reason I had not been scheduled yet was because my insurance company requested a peer to peer meeting with Mary. Mary Hardie never did this. A few days later I received a call to schedule my cat scan. As soon as I scheduled this i called and made an appointment to see Mary again. Fast forward to that appointment with Mary. When she walked into the room she said, your here late for your follow up. She also put this in her notes on my chart. The reason I am late is because she didn't meet with my insurance company. It is her fault! Now this is in my records forever. Also, she didn't hear what i was telling her. She took bits and pieces of what I said to make a diagnosis. She totally missed what I was telling her. I felt like she was talking down to me. The rest of her report was on me wasn't accurate. I've never in my life seen a dr she wrote in her report on my chart. There is a few other things she got wrong but they are personal. I'm just disappointed. Dr. McElroy was such a good Dr. I sure miss his care and compassion.
