Dr. Mehta has absolutely zero bedside manner and left me leaving his office in tears after what should have been a simple followup for bloodwork results. He refused to give me my own blood and ultrasound results because I declined a medication to force-induce a period during an internal ultrasound. Instead of respecting my choice, he spent the entire appointment belittling me, repeatedly telling me I “do not know how to listen” and should “see another doctor.” He openly and repeatedly referred to me as “fat” in a derogatory way — language that is not only unprofessional, but degrading and unacceptable from a medical professional. Rather than addressing my concerns regarding PCOS and an ovarian cyst, he dismissed me entirely and ended the appointment by telling me I could “come back in two weeks if I learn how to listen.” Would give negative stars if I could! This experience was humiliating, and completely lacking in compassion or professionalism.
