- WJWilliam Roberts Jr.Feb 15, 20261.0What a terrible experience. Treated like second class citizens. We don’t have a physical copy of our son’s Ins. Card, so we attempted to give them the plan # and member ID #. The rude lady insisted that is NOT allowed! We then paid by credit card, and after “reviewing our insurance” decided that they could not take my son as a patient AND refused to refund us our money on the spot. We have to go through their billing dept. There is a reason they have only 2 stars, and in my opinion, it’s 1 too many.

- JJJoshJan 18, 20262.0Took way too long. I m not sure why I even had to make an appointment since I Believe it was first come, first serve. The lady at the desk was rude, and then when she was putting a tongue dispenser down my throat and a Q-tip in around my thought like she was literally trying to make me throw up with it on how long and far she put it down there. The regular dr came in and she was what I expected but the first was awful. My visit date was today January 18 at 1145(supposed start time)
