Way too much attitude and nasty chip on their shoulder when serving people that are at the mercy of them providing medicine they need. Maybe they needed a snack break …maybe not. But their bad day should not be taken out on a customer.

Then they respond with "Well, you can wait a while to have it filled now, or just come back tomorrow." It's always, come back tomorrow with them. I just can't get over how rude the staff is. 100% switching pharmacies.

When I’ve gone in person, I’ve stood in line for 30-40 minutes (one person before me) before they had anyone come to the counter. They were more focused on the drive thru. However when I go thru the drive thru, it also takes 30-40 minutes. They tell me a time that my medicine is ready, and after I go and wait for 40 minutes, they say it’s not ready yet, come back later. This pharmacy needs some serious training and attitude check. Maybe more breaks or management for the employees to take their job seriously. I’m switching to a new one ASAP.
