Mom and our family was not ready to transition to an assisted living facility, yet, so we contacted Home Instead in Vandalia. It was a great choice for mom and our family. Gina did an outstanding job of scheduling and the care givers were professional and caring. She really went above and beyond to make sure mom had the car she needed. Mary T especially did an incredible job of helping comfort and care for our mom. Dusti did a great job managing the team and Isabella was always on top of handling the billing and payments and how to work with our long term care provider for assistance on paying for Home Instead. Thank you so much to the team at Home Instead. I highly recommend your service to anyone that needs some extra assistance in their home environment.

She’s been awesome with Mom; dealing with her dementia has definitely had its challenges, but Dawn never gave up on her or let mom run her off. She was a tremendous help to me today by taking Mom to her hair cut appointment so I could make my dentist appointment, and then treated Mom to dinner (Mom’s favorite place Skyline Chili), which really made Mom happy.
