- VRVickie Rine4 days ago5.0I was having so much pain in my hip that I could not walk. My husband randomly called Dr. Shaffer and he got me in right away. We had never seen him before but he didn't even hesitate. He and his secretary are both very kind and professional. He has managed to get my hip back into place and I will continue going to him. He is located in Utica. Close to home.
