  Don't get this location confused with the Quest lab at the YMCA. The hours, here, near Raber road are from 6 am to noon, but it has the most pleasant, efficient, and professional staff (phlebotomist) EVER! In and out. Worth planning your schedule for!!

  Made appts 2 weeks prior for 5/4/24 blood work. Several cars in parking lot at 8:20 a.m. day of appts with patients waiting. Quest wasn’t open despite my family having 2 appts and getting reminder texts the day of the appts. Went up to the Quest lab at the YMCA and waited for 25 minutes before being told it would be at least an hour wait because appointed patients would get to go first (rightfully so). Was told to go to the Quest lab at the nearby Summa ER. Arrived at 9:00 and didn’t leave until 10:35. Poor communication, Quest! You have our email and phone numbers. We expect better customer service!

  Fast and easy service. I stop on my way to work. So convenient. Very friendly staff. Usually have my results in less than two weeks.

  The tech was extremely rude and cold. Seemed like she was bothered that I was even there. She was not very welcoming and thank God my specimen was sealed because she drops the bag on the counter and says you're done. I said thank you and got complete silence. Whoever is the manager of this site should fire this person because she obviously doesn't like her job or doesn't want to be there. Never going back to this location. Horrible experience.
