  I had to do the 3-hour gestational diabetes test (four blood draws in one visit) and the phlebotomist who helped me was excellent. Great overall experience.

  They made appointments mandatory, but cant keep to their own time schedule. 20 mins late calling me into my appointment. (If I showed up late, theyd have cancelled it.) Then for some reason, when you owe money, instead of telling you when you scheduled an appointment that you have a copay. They dont tell you until you get into the appointment. Feels like a sneaky money grab tactic to me.

  Diane kmau out and stated that they were running 20 minutes behind. And that anyone that was a walk in and not a scheduled point appointment would not be seen My appointment was for 1040. I signed in at ten thirty aM and did not get back to get my blood work done until 11:25. So I set for almost a full hour for Diane to come out, yell my name. And because I didn't jump right up out of my seat and run to her, she went back in the office. Locked the door and was refusing to let me in. There was a black guy who works there who told her to take care of me. She then proceeded to tell me that I was rude for not acknowledging her. When she yelled my name, I can't grab my purse and my paperwork and acknowledge you at the same time. When you never even stood there and waited for me to acknowledge that you were even there. Very unprofessional.She needs a vacation and she's overworked.If you cannot handle the people that are coming in and show up to work on time.So that you're not running behind, find another job

  Was taken care of at my appointment time, so no waiting. Blood draw was quick and easy. Had results within 24hrs.

  I was pleasantly surprised and even tho as a “senior” we are expected to hate all the “tech” stuff, what a breeze -from scheduling to check in- I was amazed! It could not have been easier.
