  The overall orthodontic care was fine, although impersonal. The flexibility in booking appointments was difficult, to say the least. A couple of the office staff made the experience pretty negative. Happy to be moving on to phase two somewhere different.

  I have nothing but praise for Dr. Gen and his wonderful staff! As both an adult who had orthodontic treatment from Dr. Gen, and as a parent with a child who is in braces, I have a unique perspective. Dr. Gen takes the time to explain and make sure that his patients understand what's going on. He's also a perfectionist and, in the orthodontic business, this is a very good thing. Each and every staff member that I have encountered here - the wonderful ladies at the front desk, the office staff, the hygienists, and the orthodontic assistants - have always been kind, professional, friendly and overall excellent. The wait times here are minimal and the office is clean and modern. I began my braces journey in another state; however, part way through, a job change brought my family to Ohio. Dr. Gen truly made this transition as easy as it could be. Dr.Gen is professional and caring and really goes the extra mile to make sure that his patients are happy and satisfied. I very highly recommend Dr. Gen and his wonderful, wonderful office!!

  Dr. Gen is excellent and his staff! Everyone there is extremely positive, helpful, comforting and humerous. You are really getting your money's worth and alot more! I try to refer as many people as I can because I want everyone I know to have the best experience like I have. This is a 5 star company! I encourage you to stop in and view the place. Its very relaxing.
