  My husband and I were both promptly greeted by Theresa Fisher, for our fasted bloodwork appointments, after using the check-in kiosk. Theresa was incredibly professional, kind and clearly a very hard worker. She was respectful, thorough and made the blood drawing experience stress-free. My husband and I both received our bloodwork results in less than 24 hours. So grateful for this Quest Diagnostics location!

  The phlebotomist at the Twinsburg location was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment, clearly explaining each step of the process. I typically have difficulty with vein access, but she was gentle, precise, and never rushed. Her technique was excellent — I even woke up the next morning with no bruising at all. Truly a top-tier experience.

  If I could give zero stars I would uh hospitals screwed up selling you their labs very bad decision business wise I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment time I left after their were people scheduled For a 7:30 and it was almost 8 knowing I was going to be late for my next appointment I left went to Cleveland Clinc lab was in out under 15 minutes
