  10/5 stars for sure: We love Dr. Gen and Dr. A at Success Orthodontists in Twinsburg! I cannot express enough how great they are. The office is very clean, organized bright and inviting. The front desk staff is so cheerful, quick to help and understanding. (Their phone etiquette is above and beyond as well). They have the best staff and Doctors, always happy and very courteous and good customer service! The office is always clean and organized! I highly recommend Dr. Gen with my friends and family. My first and initial experience with Dr. Gen and the staff of Success Orthodontics - Twinsburg/Maple Heights locations were very excellent. I was very impressed with his assistant, the front desk receptionist and the entire staff who made my 3 kids feel very comfortable for getting their braces done. Kudos to Dr. Gen and Dr. and the entire staff. Our previous Orthodontist in Austin, Texas who referred me to Dr. Gen for this procedure and established a new Orthodontist. Also, the availability in getting in so promptly. Super responsive. You guys are the best of the best! Excellent customer service. Appreciated the reminder texts for appts - very helpful!! Thanks again! We love Kelsey the scheduling coordinators at Success Orthodontics And Sarah - The New Patient Coordinator. You guys rock!!! These are always so friendly and the best smile every time we are in the office. They are always happy. And of course, don't forget our best hygienist/assistant are also the best and hard-working crew at Success Orthodontists. Who makes our changing smiles so pretty.   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Dr. Gen! Dr. Gen is an amazing orthodontist! He helped my daughter achieve a beautiful smile with great care and professionalism. Now he is also working with my son, and we are just as happy. He truly cares about his patients and takes time to explain everything clearly. We’re very grateful and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and kind orthodontist!

  Overall the service is pretty good. Just be aware, some "high tech" services are not covered by insurance and you will get insurance underpayment fire back on you.

  I have nothing but praise for Dr. Gen and his wonderful staff! As both an adult who had orthodontic treatment from Dr. Gen, and as a parent with a child who is in braces, I have a unique perspective. Dr. Gen takes the time to explain and make sure that his patients understand what's going on. He's also a perfectionist and, in the orthodontic business, this is a very good thing. Each and every staff member that I have encountered here - the wonderful ladies at the front desk, the office staff, the hygienists, and the orthodontic assistants - have always been kind, professional, friendly and overall excellent. The wait times here are minimal and the office is clean and modern. I began my braces journey in another state; however, part way through, a job change brought my family to Ohio. Dr. Gen truly made this transition as easy as it could be. Dr.Gen is professional and caring and really goes the extra mile to make sure that his patients are happy and satisfied. I very highly recommend Dr. Gen and his wonderful, wonderful office!!
