She had lots of tips and even more patience. Everytime we were in the store it was very busy and the staff was always friendly and efficient. We never felt pressured or rushed!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone who is shopping for new glasses or looking to try contacts for the first time!

Michelle Ford needs to have her license taken away or at the very least retire. Exam room and machines are filthy and she did not clean them or offer to clean them. She rushed the exam and ultimately provided an incorrect vision prescription as she is insistent upon putting everyone in bifocals!! Her lack of care and attention to her craft should be looked into professionally - is this the type of Optometrist Pearl Vision employs? Unfortunately, Pearl Vision has lost a loyal customer.
