- KKKimNov 29, 20251.0Totally incompetent. I came in with a respiratory infection. I could taste and smell the infection. I have blocked sinuses and get infections at least once a year. Once a viral infection turns into a bacterial infection it can turn into pneumonia quickly. She was not willing to listen to what i said. Stated it was a viral infections. Said she would listen to my lungs,but it was viral. I stated there was no reason to listen to my lungs if she was not going to treat me properly because we haven't gotten to pneumonia yet.

When we finally reached someone at the clinic they gave us a 1-888 number to call. Finally reached someone at that number and they said their system was down and to call back in 15 min. Called back, got ahold of someone who asked for our zip code and which city we needed. We made an appointment for that afternoon at 2:20 at the Troy, Ohio Little Clinic. When or daughter got there no one was at the desk. When someone finally got to the desk. Not only did they not have her scheduled at 2:20 they had another patient scheduled at 2:20! They have her a number to call to reschedule! What in the world!! Just a joke! The earliest in they had that day was 4:20 or she could reschedule for another day. Wow!
- JSjill smithDec 6, 20221.0The visit was 12/3/2022. The Nurse practitioner did not know a lot. Had to refer to books. Didn't know what to prescribe. Finally got one of the medications after 3 phone calls back on December 6. What a waste of money.
- CRChristopher RobbinsOct 22, 20201.0have to schedule an appointment for our daughter with her regular doctor for a test because the NP isn't certified with our insurance to be issuing the test she ordered. Why is she allowed to issue any kind of test if it isn't going to be covered by insurance? this is the worst experience we have had with little clinic. This was AFTER we were told to walk into any Kettering facility for the test then we were told we have to have an appointment. someone needs to get their stuff together in this place.
