  Had a MRI today . Staff was amazing ! Once again Kettering Health network has proved they go above and beyond. I have a fear of needles, but needed contrast and the woman who did it was so nice. The woman who did my imaging was so comforting. Definitely recommend!

  I will never in my life go to this hospital again! This place needs reported immediately! I went in with my child on thanksgiving, Not busy at all everyone seemed nice and fast but once I got back to the room I explained my child could barely walk screaming crying we thought maybe he had bad rash and kept complaining of his leg but wouldn’t let us check him. Explained all this to doctor he only did a xray and had him bend over and jump and said he’s fine maybe a sprain didn’t do an exam! Went to children’s 2 days later he has cut off circulation and could’ve lost testicles because he didn’t do that exam! I will report this in hopes this will save another patient! This could’ve ended so much worse! But if not would’ve been caught sooner I don’t think it would’ve been what it was! I work in healthcare and believe in healthcare and people working in it but this made me sick to my stomach a doctor can do this! My child suffered over a careless mistake a doctor made from a simple exam not being done! Literally a small exam is all he needed to prevent all the suffering he is enduring right now!

  They really need to improve the beds in ER and pillows! The. Bed sunk in middle that made bad for my back issue kill me! the pillow was like laying on a deflated exercise rubber ball, one thin sheet on bed.. and it never stayed on!,, I was so glad when they let me go… because my back was killing me from that broken bed! Otherwise staff was great … just your ER beds are junk! When you it them up they sink down very bad in middle!,,

  The triage part went fast, but I did feel like I was being rushed an not able to explain why I was there. The nurse was outstanding but the Doctors rushed me an didn't listen to what I actually had to say. They didn't treat my swollen throat or seem to care that I was having trouble swallowing an eating. I have always had good things to say about the ED. This experience just wasn't that good this time.
